General Experiments LabOps Protocol Builder

Feedback button restyled and moved to the navigation bar, beside the user menu.
App-wide update revising all references to AI Monitors to rebranded term, AI Agents.
Improvements to password validation - users are now informed of the 8-20 character length limitation.
Removed unused close button from welcome modal.
Various tooltips added for icon buttons throughout the application. Also now configured to show faster on hover.

🆕 Protocol Captures Card - accessible via the results tab of the experiment page. Users now have the ability to review video captures associated with individual protocol steps across all live devices.
Experiment ID is now required to be a unique value e.g. two experiments can no longer have the same ID.
Project ID is now also required to be unique if used, which is now optional.
Lab Notebook ID has been deprecated from experiment definitions. Users are encouraged to use this as the Experiment ID should they wish to do so.

🆕 Video Clip Maker - accessible via button below device page video feed. Users now have the ability to navigate all footage for a device and create custom clips. Clips are generated on the server and a download link is emailed to the requesting user.
Device selection list now lists active entries first
Created At field added to Projects datatable
